Product Description

A cement trailer is a specialized vehicle designed for transporting cement.

Structure:
It usually consists of a tractor and a tank. The tank is generally cylindrical and made of high-strength steel, which has good sealing performance and pressure resistance. The surface of the tank is usually treated with anti-corrosion to extend its service life.
Inside the tank, there are multiple compartments, each with an independent inlet and outlet. This design allows for the convenient loading and unloading of different types of cement and also prevents segregation of cement during transportation.
The top of the tank is equipped with an inlet, which is usually connected to the conveying equipment of the cement plant for loading cement into the tank. The bottom of the tank is provided with an outlet controlled by a valve for the outflow of cement.

Working principle:
The cement trailer blows cement into the tank through compressed air to keep the cement in a fluidized state. During transportation, the cement in the tank remains in a fluidized state so that it can be unloaded smoothly when needed.
When reaching the destination, open the outlet valve at the bottom of the tank and blow the cement out of the tank through compressed air to be delivered to the cement storage tank at the construction site.

How can I receive the goods?

When we received the deposit we will start our refurbishment work. and when we finish the refurbishment work ,customer need to pay the balance then we arrange the shipment to the port where the customer want to arrive.
What are the payment methods?

We currently only support the payment method of Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).
What's the delivery cycle?
