The HOWO tractor truck, meticulously refurbished by Shandong Yunnuo, are custom-built to tackle the complex road conditions and hot-humid climate of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. We carry out professional sheet metal grinding, putty filling and three-coat painting for the truck body, paired with eye-catching brand logos, making them resistant to rainforest climate erosion. The core engine components are fully upgraded with new piston assemblies and filters fitted to adapt to local fuel quality. The transmission and brake systems undergo in-depth maintenance, with new seals and brake pads installed to handle rugged mountain roads with ease.

The cab is equipped with brand-new berths, seats and powerful air conditioners. Ten brand-new 12R22.5 tires and refurbished wheel rims ensure stable and efficient long-haul transportation. A full inspection, testing and cleaning are conducted before shipment. Before the vehicle departs from the port, a wax coating will be applied to its body.
