Tanzanian customers come to inspect the used Sinotruk trucks

A Tanzanian client made a special return visit to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the used Sinotruk trucks he purchased, which constitutes an important link in deepening the cooperation between the two parties.We had made an appointment with the old client in advance about the arrival time of his flight, and arrived at Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport ahead of schedule to wait for his arrival. After picking up the client, we first treated him to a meal, then sent him to the hotel, helped him check in, and afterwards led the client to the place where the Sinotruk trucks were parked. The client carried out a detailed inspection around the vehicles. He checked the body condition, tire wear and tire pressure, then opened the engine compartment to check the operation status. Meanwhile, he listened to our introduction on maintenance, measured parameters with tools, and focused on inspecting key parts like the gearbox and chassis.

He also checked the dashboard data in the cab, the wear of the seats and the sensitivity of the control devices, and personally started the vehicles to test their performance. During the inspection, our staff patiently answered all the questions raised by the client, recorded the key points, and earnestly listened to his maintenance suggestions.

After the inspection, both parties exchanged views on the situation. The client stated that the vehicle performance met his expectations, and the client purchased many Howo Sinotruk parts.This return visit has enabled the client to have a better understanding of the vehicle conditions, laying a foundation for further cooperation between the two parties. Both sides are looking forward to achieving win-win results in more fields in the future.
