3.5 Maintenance
1) After every running of 30,000km, remove and clean the leaf spring, apply graphite grease on between the spring leaves, add or replace antifriction pieces on the ends of the leaves of the variable-section leaf spring, and then reassemble them.
2) After the vehicle has a total running of 4,000km, tighten the U-bolts according to the provided tightening torque.
3)Frequently apply lithium-base grease into the spring pin lubrication hole
4)Replace in time the defective spring leaves.
5) In the mounting of spring onto the vehicle, before tightening the U-bolt, knock the side of each leaf of the spring to make it flat so that the leaf spring will not come into contact with the U-bolt.
