3、Maintenance procedures
3.1 Disassembling
1)Disassemble shock absorber lower end.
2)Disassemble shock absorber upper end and shock absorber itself.
3) Loosen U-bolt and nut, then remove U-bolt, cover board, buffe block, and padding plate with absorber lower-end lower pin
embly.
4) Jack up front axle, support up the frame with safety kickstand and then lay down the jack to keep springs in a free state
5)Disassemble steel leaf spring back-end fixing bolts and back pin and side gasket.
6)Disassemble steel leaf spring front pin fixing bolt and front pin.
7)Remove front leaf spring assembly.
8)Disassemble shackle pin fixing bolt, shackle pin, shackle and gasket
9)Disassemble traverse stabilizer rod.
