1、Structure & Principle

Steel leaf springs are divided into constant-section leaf spring and variable-section leaf spring, which are generally named as multi-leaf spring and few-leaf spring. Take variable-section steel spring suspension in Fig. 1 and 2 as an example: Leaf spring assembly 19,20,22, 10,14,7, 8 etc have the functions as buffering, transmission, guiding and shock absorption of elastic components, guide devices and shock absorber. The traverse balancing pole 4 is auxiliary elastic component and the shock absorber 23 is used to absorb the shock of the wheel and the body. Others are accessories to fix and connect other components, such as leaf spring shackle assembly 11 and12,U-bolt components 18 and 25, bracket assembly of both ends of leaf spring 15 and 13, traverse balancing pole hanger 1,2 and 3, shock absorber support 21, etc.
