2) Install the grease nipple, which should be installed on a position with a 45° to the spider neck.
3) Install the flange fork.
Take off cups on both ends of the spider, put them in the holes in the flange fork, install two cups and retainers (for cover plate type, install the cover plate, lock washer, tighten the bolts with lock washers).
4) Install the transmission shaft on the gear box, tighten the connecting bolt with a torque wrench.
5) Insert the transmission shaft through the spline fork according to the installation mark and connect it to the differential, tight-en the connecting bolt with a torque wrench.
Note: make sure the end edges engage correctly, flange faces fit each other without clearance. Tightening torque for connecting bolts (Class 8.8):M10 bolt 45-60N·M, M12 bolt 73-90N·M, 1/2" bolt 130-160N·M,M14 bolt 122-180N·M,M16 bolt 182-240N·M.
6) After the transmission shaft is assembled correctly, fill grease through the grease nipple.
