A) Lash adjustment for intake valve and exhaust valve|

B)Checking drive belt

       1) Check for any aging, crackles, wear or engine oil attached,Replace when necessary.

       2) Press the belt between the upper and lower belt pulleys to check the bending deflection of the drive belt.Make adjustment in case the belt bending deflection exceeds its limit.

   C) Change of engine coolant

     1) Open water drain cock to drain the water;

     2) Start the engine several times with no-load running till the water is fully drained;

     3) Close down the water drain cock;

     4) The expansion water tank should be first filled to its inside water baffle level and then start the engine, keep it idling for warming up, when the engine gets warmed, check the             expansion water tank and refill if the water level is below the water baffle;

     5) Before daily maintenance and initial start, check the coolant level for any leakage;

     6) Charge coolant if necessary.

   D) Check of cooling system

     1) Check if the hose has been properly connected,and has got leakage,crackles, loose joints, wear and corrosion.

     2) Check the lid of the radiator; pressurize the radiator lid with radiator lid tester to see if it meets the requirement. Pull the negative pressure valve to make it open, and check if it is completely closed when released
