I) Change of engine oil filter

1) Remove the engine oil filter with suitable wrenches.

2) Before installing new engine oil filter, clean the mounting surface of the engine oil filter on the cylinder and apply a little amount of engine oil to the filter sealing rubber ring.

3) Screw in the engine oil filter till a slight resistance is felt and then turn inwards for above a 2/3 round.

4)Fill engine oil. Refer to Change of Engine Oil.

J)Check of exhaust system
Check the exhaust pipe, silencer and the seat frame if they are properly installed, and have any leakage, crackles, damages,loose joints, wear and corrosion.

K) Check of clutch operation

1) Check the clutch height, free travel and if the operation is stable. Adjust the clutch pedal height and pedal free travel if necessary.

2) Check the fluid reservoir, should the level is too low, check the clutch system for any leakage.

3) Check the free travel of clutch master cylinder and clutch release cylinder and make adjustment when necessary.
